Barbecued Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
3-4 4-6 ounce salmon steaks or fillets
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons salad oil or olive oil
Dash of salt
1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a sealable container.
Shake well.
Spray a rack and shallow pan with non-stick spray.
Place salmon steaks or fillets on the rack, skin side down, and the rack in the pan.
Baste salmon with sauce 1/2 hour before broiling or grilling.
Broil or grill for 7-10 minutes or until you salmon flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcooking.
