Seafood Cocktail

SAUCE:
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbs. lemon juice
2 to 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops hot pepper sauce
COCKTAIL:
1 small avocado, peeled, cubed
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 cups cooked shrimp, chilled*
Lettuce or curly endive
Lemon wedges

In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Cover; refrigerate to
blebd flavors. Im medium bowl, sprinkle avocado with lemon juice;
combine gently with shrimp. Serve in lettuce cups with sauce and
lemon wedges. 6 to 8 servings.

Tip:
*If desired, use a combination of cooked fresh or frozen crab meat,
lobster and shrimp--1/2 to 1 cup of each. Or, use 2 (6-1/2 oz.) cans
crab meat, drained and flaked, and a 4-1/2 oz. can tiny shrimp,
drained.
