Avocado Crab Dip - 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pound of fresh or frozen crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped scallion
- 1 tablespoons of capers
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper
- Tortilla chips
Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips. |
