�?1 can (14oz/39ml) black beans �?1 teaspoon garlic powder �?2 teaspoon’s chili powder �?4 (8in/20cm) whole wheat tortillas �?3 tomatoes thin slice �?1 Jalapeno pepper, minced �?1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese �?2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro (or dried) 1. Preheat oven to 400* F (200* C). Drain and rinse beans. Mash with fork. Stir in garlic powder, and Chili powder. 2. Spread on tortillas, dividing evenly among them. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. 3. Top with tomato slices and jalapeno pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with cilantro. 4. Back for 5 minutes, or until tortilla edges are brown and crisp, and the cheese is melted |
