Fruity Delights : Stuffed Apple Halves

Stuffed Apple Halves

2 Red cooking apples
2Tbs raisins finely chopped
2Tbs walnuts finely chopped
1Tbs packed brown sugar
1Tbs soy butter
1cup apple juice or cider
3whole cloves

Cut apples in half
Remove cores(don't remove all apple just the center)
Mix in bowl rasins, walnuts,brown sugar, and butter
Put mixture in apple halves
Place halves into skillet with stuffed sides up
Pour juice and cloves in skillet with apple halves
Heat until apple juice is boiling
Cover and simmer for 15 minuets or till apples are tender
Remove apples with slotted spoon
Toss out cloves
Spoon juice over apples and serve
Enjoy! :)
