Fruit Fajitas
1 (20 oz) can cherry pie filling 8 large flour tortillas 1 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter 1 tsp almond flavoring
Divide fruit equally on tortillas, roll up and place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix 2 cups water, sugar and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add almond flavoring and pour over flour tortillas. Place in refrigerator and soak 1 to 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot or room temperature.
