This thread is for those who taste our recipes and want to comment on them.
Please if you had a good go on a recipe than please comment and post the linc to it so others can enjoy. Please feel free to post here about anything you found to make a recipe better, but remember to post the name and the linc/ web address. We all love to know if you had a good taste.

I've done this one before with a little differents to them didn't have tomato soup but made up beef gravy and let them cook into them.... mmmm than poured them over rice. Yummy to the tummy an easy!

Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

These are easy to make and kids love them.

50 min | 20 min prep | SERVES 4 -6

1 can tomato soup
1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup onions, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Lightly beat egg with a fork, then add a heaping tablespoon of the soup and mix lightly.
2. Mix in rice, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Stir in the ground beef and mix well with hands.
4. Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch round meatballs.
5. Coat a large skillet over medium heat with oil.
6. Cook meatballs and brown on all sides.
7. Combine remaining soup with Worcestershire (you can increase or decrease Worcestershire to your liking) Stir until smooth, then spoon over meatballs.
8. Cover with lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes , stirring every few minutes.
