So Easy Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:
1 baked pie shell, or graham cracker crust
2 pints strawberries
1/2 cup. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Crush 1 pint strawberries and place in a saucepan. Add sugar and corn starch. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. While mixture cools, slice remaining pint of berries and place in pie shell. Pour cooked berries on top and refrigerate until cooled. Serve with whipped cream.
