Zesty Parmesan Chicken

4 Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breasts

1 tablespoon Basil

1 tablespoon Garlic

½ tablespoon Pepper

1 Bag of Saltines

5 tablespoons Butter

Parmesan Cheese

3 eggs

Paprika

Items needed

1 Ziploc bag

1 pan

Fork

1 pie dish

If frozen thaw the chicken breasts. Mix up the eggs in the pie dish.

Crush the bag of saltines, than add to the Ziploc bag. Add together basil, garlic and pepper, add mixture to bag too. You can have fresh or canned parmesan cheese (fresh is better). Mix it all up in the Ziploc bag. (I add a lot of the cheese cause I love cheese.) Melt the butter an add it to the egg.

Now dip the chicken into the eggs, than into the Ziploc bag with the mixture make sure you cover it all than place it into the pan. Do each chicken this way. I always add a little extra cheese once in the pan. Shake paprika all over the chicken as little or as much as you would like. (I do a few shakes on each)

If you reheat the chicken, use the oven an add a little butter spread all over the chicken.

This is my recipe that I made on my own. My husband loves this recipe so I figured to share with you. Enjoy. I kinda go on my own with my recipes so its a little off an on with the spices. Hope you enjoy!!!

Love an Light,

MysticKitten
