CHICKEN CASSEROLE
4 chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 small onion chopped(Cook in Microwave for 1 min) 1 sleeve Ritz crackers 1 stick butter or margarine cut into thin slices
Cook chicken until tender, chop when cool. Mix soups and sour cream add chicken and onion to mixture, spread into greased casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top of chicken mixture. Put sliced margarine on top of crackers. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes or until lightly browned. |
