Creamy Parmesan Rice 1 cup rice or 2 cups instant rice 12 oz can evaporated milk OR 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water 2 Tbsp butter 1 tsp salt 1 cup shredded REAL Parmesan cheese Prepare rice according to directions. To make sauce, whisk the milk and dissolved cornstarch in a med sized saucepan. Add the butter and salt and stir over med-high heat. WHen butter has melted, add the cheese. Stir until cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. WHen rice is ready, combine rice and sauce. Stir well.
