SLOPPY GOBLINS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. of cut up hog dogs
- 1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 c. ketchp
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 2 t. cider vinegar
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 Hamburger Buns
Optional Decorations: green olives, black olives, pepper slices, parsley sprigs and pretzel sticks.
1. Cook beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain; stir in remaining ingredients except buns and decorations. Cook covered 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.***
2. Spoon meat mixture onto buns; cover w/tops of buns. Serve w/decorations and let each person create their own goblin faces.
