Crock Pot Black Bean Chili Con Carne

from "Fix It and Forget It Recipes for Entertaining. " You will have plenty of leftovers, so freeze some or just plan on serving lots and lots of people!
1 1/2 lbs black beans 2 lbs ground beef 2 large onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 6 ounces tomato paste 3 cups tomato juice (or more) 1 teaspoon celery salt 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon cumin 3 tablespoons chili powder
1. Soak beans 8 hours or overnight. Rinse and drain. 2. Brown beef in large skillet. 3. Combine all ingredients in 6-qt slow cooker (or divide between 2 smaller cookers). 4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
