Orange Blossom Syrup
Ingredient --
4 cups Orange Blossoms
2 cups water
4 cups sugar
Preparation Method
Place the washed and drained Orange blossoms in a large saucepan. Add the water, bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer gently for 45 minutes. Strain out the flowers; add the sugar gradually to the flower water and stir. Boil until a syrup forms-about 10 minutes.
Pour the syrup into a sterilized canning jar and seal tightly. Let sit for 2 weeks before using.
