Cream of Corn Soup
1 (15-ounce) can cream style corn
1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces light sour cream
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook just until thoroughly heated.
