Lemon Rosemary Green Beans

Ingredients:
2 pounds green beans, snipped and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tablespoons butter
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced or 1 tsp. dried
salt and pepper to season
Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes, or until just tender. While the beans are cooking, melt the butter over low heat with the rosemary, salt and pepper to taste . Keep this warm. When the beans are done, drain and transfer them to a serving bowl.
Pour the butter mixture over the beans and toss. Serve warm.
