Pan Fried Frog Legs Ingredients: -
10 to 12 Frog Legs -
3Tbs. Salt -
3 Tbs. Vinegar -
3 PT. Water -
Half Cup Evaperated Milk -
1 Cup Butter -
1 Stick Butter -
Pepper -
Garlic to taste Preparation: Clean and skin the frog legs. Mix salt and pepper in enough water to cover the legs and soak them for 2 hours. Take out of the water and pat dry. Dip in milk, sprinkle with pepper and garlic then roll in flour. |
