Astral Travel
Definitions:
The Removal Of The Astral Body Or "Soul" From The Physical Body, To Freely Roam About The Earth, The Universe, Or Different Planes Of Existence-Wherever You "Will" Yourself To Go; Then Return Again To This Plane. The Key Word Of This Ancient Art Is "Patience". Most People Won't Project On Their First Try.
Techniques:
1. Its Good To Do This On A New Moon, Never A Full One
2. Wear Comforable Clothing Or Nothing At All-No Metals
3. Say A Protection Chant To The Goddess In Her Hertha Aspect Or Suitable Name. (EARTH-NORTH: The Goddess in Her aspect as Earth Mother is here: Hertha, Habondia, Demeter).
4. Burn A Suitable Incense-Such As Sandalwood. Keep It Away From Anything Combustible.
5. Now Lay Back On The Floor Or Bed ( Wherever You Feel Comfortable)
6. Close Your Eyes. Make Your Mind Blank, And Just Concentrate On Deep Breathing.
7. When You Are Totally Relaxed, Concentrate On Your Toes Until You Feel A Strange Tingling: Strongly, Bring Up Your Feet. .. Then Your Whole Leg. Repeat With Other Foot And Leg. When Both Legs Are Tingling Strongly, Bring Up Your Torso, To Arms, Fingers, Then Your Neck And Head.
8. When Your Whole Body Is Having That Tingling Sensation, The Trick Is To Feel Yourself Floating Away From Your Body. Now Try To Feel Yourself And See Your Room With You Relaxing In The Bed. Look At Yourself- You Can See Right Through You. There Is Nothing You Can't Do. You Can Even Fly. Look Around- There Are Other Travelers. Make Friends; Some Are Discarnate Entities, Some Are Not.
9. After Your Travel, You'll Snap Back Into Your Body. Awaken Very Slowly. Always Wait Until The Next Appropriate Moon To Try This Exercise Again.
