The Elven Path
The Elven Path welcome all Elfins,
Faeries and others who takes the Other Path
to meet and gather in our Wood
to learn and share what life brings to us.
The Elven Path, or Elven Tradition is an Earth-based/Forest-based tradition, or life-style, with our roots in mysteries of the world. As an Earth-based path, we celebrate the seasons and the cycles of life. We recognize that we ARE of Elvenkin' and draw our archetypes from many other paths. What makes our faith unique is our acceptance of all peoples of many origins, not only human, of their cultures, ethnicities, spiritual paths or sexual orientation.
Through the archetypes of Elves and other universal symbols (primary avalonian and elemental/druidcraft traditions) we extend our beliefs into a unique view of reality. We seek to transcend the Divine and embrace the mysteries and cultures of our true s'elf upon our planet. The Elven Path try to recapture what we had lost by pouring our souls into this realm.
We are not here for nothing, and all together we are trying to understand what had happened on the Other Side, why we are here; and by recapturing our true s'elf, we are trying to be One, once again, with Nature and the Divine. We think and truly believe that the only way to be in peace, to be complete, to be well in this realm is by connecting our true s'elf with what we truly are. Life may come in the form of Otherkin and may not. However, we believe that whatever essence you are can be in harmony and peace by reclaiming and recapturing your true essence.
Being in service of our Lord and our Lady means to us to be in harmony and peace with Nature and our true essence. It means to honour the Gods and Goddesses of our kin' in all of their forms. Hopefully, in time, we can build on our previous incarnations and grow more knowledgeable and 'enlightened' in order to devote ourselves to Nature and all of Her embodiments by reclaiming and recapturing our true s'elf.
The Charge of the Elven Path states our belief system. Every time we say the charge we are recommitting ourselves to our s'elf. The Charge of the Elven Path states to us: work within Nature and Harmony in your True Essence. We are to give of ours'elves to our true being in peace and acceptance of our reality, what ever it may be. We are to be of service to our communities doing our work for the good of all, for the well being and peace of our kin'. Also, we will work within Nature to do our work with the help of who want to help. We are writing our tradition for preserving our path, in this to help it grow and help who have the desire to teach and pass it over; to children or to just awakened friends. If we work within Nature, harmony, peace and within the music of the stars, by honouring our Gods and Goddesses and give of ours'elves without ego, then we are fulfilling the Charge of the Elven Path.
Within the Forest of Old,
I stand in an awaken state
To be wise,
to be true,
to be one,
So in the harmony and peace
I shall count mys'elf
Among those
Who serve the Divines;
And I shall grow to love
The music of the Woodlands,
To dance to the sound of His pipes,
In steps the Stars Above,
and the shadows below,
And the Forest of songs and lights?/SPAN>
And I shall learn
The Mystery of my Kin',
Filling my heart with the Moonlight,
Rising mys'elf under the Sunlight,
Growing in harmony with the Earth and the Trees,
As I am me...
And I shall grow in wisdom,
And I shall grow in compassion,
And I shall grow in peace,
And I shall grow in harmony,
Within the Forest of Olds
And in love shall I teach,
To protect my kin' tradition and nature,
Pursuing the arts of of my kin',
The lore of my Mother's Mother,
The Ways of my Father's Father?BR>Learning the true s'elf,
Knowing the true essence,
Learning to be in peace,
knowing to be one,
Knowing to be me.
Thus will I be a Wise Ones,
once again,
Knowing the lore of Mother Nature;
The Elven Path,
Of my true s'elf,
The Elven Path,
once again?/SPAN>
Knowing that all are One to the Gods,
Knowing that all are One to the Goddesses.
Let thy s'elf,
And the life to be,
Be in the service
Of my Lord my Lady.
So May it Be!
