Palmistry Terminology
Learn Palm Reading

Apollo finger
Ring finger also known as the annularis finger

Apollo line (also known as Sun or Luck Line)
One line, or more, moving up the palm towards the ring finger

Axial Triradius

The triradius found at the middle base of the palm, known as 'T'. The ATD angle is found by measuring the angle that occurs as a result of taking three points in the palm and joining each point with a line to create a triangle. These points are the centre of the Jupiter mount (A), the centre of the Mercury mount (D) and the axial triradius (T) at the base of the palm. The ATD angle is found where the lines A and D meet T, normally creating an angle of 45 degrees.

Chirognomy
A study of genetic hand shape, finger shape, finger nails, texture, consistency, gesture, etc. Used by hand analysts in order to gain insight into aspects of the inner workings of the personality.
