Frustration Tea
1 part English Breakfast Tea* 1 part Chamomile 1 part Hyssop 1 parts Raspberry Leaf 1 parts Skullcap (optional) 1 part Betony (optional) 1 part Rosemary (Optional)
*You may use (substitute) any good quality loose black tea for this. Lipton still packages loose black tea and may be more readily available than others.
To Make the Tea Blend: Blend all of the ingredients in a bowl with your hands, visualizing the purpose for which you are going to use it.
To make a Pot of Tea: Boil fresh, cold water (preferably well or spring water**) in a tea kettle. Warm a ceramic,*** glass or earthenware teapot with hot water, and then pouring it out. Add the tea blend to the pot adding 2 teaspoons per cup you are brewing and 1 for the pot. Pour the boiling water over the leaves and steep 3-5 minutes or longer (depending upon desired strength). Pour through either cheesecloth or a bamboo*** strainer into a clean, warmed pot. pour and add sweetener and milk or lemon to taste. Cover the teapot with a cozy to keep the tea hot.
**Do not use distilled water as it is considered inert or inactive and will not support the magickal energies. ***Do not use metal as it affects the magickal properties of the tea.
