Making Background tiles
Sometimes you may want your background to match your graphic or,
you may just want to use your own tiles that you know won't get deleted
should they come from elsewhere.
This is very easy in PSP.
Step 1.
Find the graphic you want to tile and open
it in PSP.
Step 2.
Click on "effects ... image effects ... seamless tiling".
Step 3.
Use the default settings and click OK.
Now, you need to make it smaller so resize the tiled image
until it's under 200 pixels each way.
(200x200 or less).
save it as a jpeg and store it online.
*Hint*
Make several to match each other.
Now you have your own tiles to use in your message boxes
