I assume that the 1st 2 tricks were diamonds. After ruffing the diamond. I would immediately lead the QC and let it ride. South takes KC and returns a red card. I win in hand, draw trump ending in hand, and lead last club and finesse the 10C. This makes 75% of the time.

The correct way to play the suit is as prior says - run the queen and then 6 to the 10...but I wouldnt be pulling trumps first.
 
You can afford 2 club losers or a club loser and a club ruff...so provided trumps are 3-2 you should be able to make 100% of the time regardless of the club position.
