If my partner opens 1NT and I have the following hand

 S xxx  H xx  D xx  C AKQJxx

 

What do I bid ? If I bid 2C, won't my partner think I'm using Stayman and have a 4 card major?

 

Same thing with Jacoby. If my hand is

 

S xxx  H xx  D AKQJxx  C xx 

 

and I bid 2D, won't my partner think I have 5 Hearts ?
