On the hand with D-AJxxxx, if partner has D-xx, we certainly don't want to be in 6D. We only want to be in 6D if partner has good 3 card or 4 card support for diamonds.

 

It would also be nice if we could avoid 6D if partner has excess wasted strength in spades but that is not possible to determine either.
