I'll be interested in Ross' answer to a few of these:
 
1 for example.  I suggested some time ago that (at least as most commonly played)  a difference between basic SAYC and full SAYC was that in basic, secondary jumps by responder are forcing, whereas they are invitational in full SAYC or 2/1. Both solvers so far are in the NF camp though....  3 is a similar problem. 
 
4 has been discussed here so many times...I think I know Ross' answer and Lorne for one will disagree. 
 
11 also.  Both have said NF so far...we'll see.
 
And 13.   Our solvers disagree here.  I have heard some experts argue for NF here but I am not persuaded--to me this is absolutely forcing.
