Thanks all.  If I understand correctly, my pard stretched a little and I lied about my suit quality and quantity.  Better bidding would have been 1H-1S-1NT-2NT   pass out (2NT because I doubt if opps would let us buy it for 1NT and I don't want them bidding a cheap lead directing suit and I do have 11 hcp.)
