3NT

I see North must be using my scheme for a sub-minimum opening with 5/5 in the blacks.  [ If he held a "good" 5s/6c hand worthy of a reverse, he would have made a 3S-jump over the red suit 4th Suit GF. ] .

You'll might make 11 tricks at NT, but I seriously doubt 12.
[  Then again, he may have a STIFF RED honor ( hK or dJ ) and a solution to the entry problem ( to either hand ) that might prove me wrong ] .

I will ask pard where I want to be by bidding an invitational 4NT. I assume 2S still shows opening bid values.

Actually 3D seems best as if pard is 5-0-3-5 6D should be good even opposite a min. If pard does not raise diamonds, I can bid an invitational 4NT next.

Somethings not right... North opened 1C.
His hand must have been:

A J 10 X X
K
J X
K J 9 8 X

And look at that, he did hold BOTH  Red "filler" Honors .
