Speaking of your horsies, I don't think you ever told me about them...how many, names, ages etc. I even forgot you had them! So lets hear about them!!

Three Sox upper thirtys, Morning Starlite (Star) 10 yr old, and Dixie (approx 22yr) have pictures of them on my site, unless I deleted them.

My 9 yr old granddaughter rides Sox the other rides Dixie and I should be riding Star. Am a little apprehensive as she hasn't been ridden in a while. My neighbor worked her and said she does well for her. She has done well for me, unbelieveabley well behaved but when my nephew tried to ride her she is a wack job. Between his dumb things, I think she is not a mans horse. The last time he tried to ride her her looped a lead rope around her neck and tied her. She fought. You can lightly tie and she stands (using halter). My fear is not being on her but getting on her. She usually stands very quiet but I have this fear if she swings or walks I will get hung or hurt (happened on different horse when I was younger...got off in the desert and when I got on he took off running home, I paniced and jumped off). Not all horses give me the fear but even Sox had at times). I watched the neighbor girl get up and down as I asked and she stood for my nephew and even me, but when I first got her if Brittany took off on Sox Star would think she was being left behind. So now Brit waits till I get on before we head out the gate. Star rides well even when she is out alone, not barn sour. Just too old to be messing with  misbehaving horses.
