Yes...it's called Paint Shop Pro (PSP). You can buy it or download it online. Either way it;s expensive. Ard $100. But they came out with PSP 8 (newer) & Animation Shop is not included. Soif you're interested...get PSP 7. There is a free 30 day trial you can get from Jacs (maker of the program), I can get you the url if you want.
Well from asking questions on a site I belong to they say now that Animation Shop DOES come with PSP 8. But you can buy AS seperately for $39. w/o PSP. You can get a trial version.With the limited time you (and me) have, maybe this would be better for you. Here's the link for just AS http://www.jasc.com/download_4.asp? Just click on the arrow for the drop down menu under "Product to Download" & choose Animation Shop. This is a large download also, but not as big as PSP 8
But you can download PSP 8 trial version. But if you're on dial up (like I am) it'll take a few hours as it is a HUGH download
