Is Fool me Once the book with the yorkies? If so I read that a while ago and liked it too.  I had read Fern MIchaels a few years ago and didnt like the book I read at all but my mom had bought Fool Me Once when she was on a trip so I borrowed it and was pleasantly surprised.

Just started "The Preacher's Daughter" by Beverly Lewis, they had the three book series at Ollies really cheap and I loved the Shunning series.
