Same as Amanda.  I read Change of Heart by Jodi Picoult and then went out and read the Pact, loved that too, and then got two more from the library and just couldn't get into it. 

 

I think it's the story that grabs me, more than the writer, although I will definitely check out her other books and see if any of them interest me.
