The movie was good, but I made the mistake of reading the book first, which is sooooo much better.  I was crying within the first twenty pages.  Read it from Ft Drum NY to Cleveland (about 6.5 hours)

Someone just told me yesterday that the book is much better too but that is often the case. I think I will watch the movie first and then maybe read the book. Maybe I can rent it Sunday night

You should always read the book before the movie, books are typically much better than the movie, but you can still enjoy the movie......watching first, I can never get into the book.

I'm quarter way through reading it - so far no tissues!
