OH NO!    I'm praying they have homeowner's insurance.  That really saved us when our roof leaked.  I wouldn't go without it.  (((JenB's neighbor)))

That sucks!
 
After my storage unit had flooded(the AC pipe broke)...I had Mike bring home wooden pallets from work and put them in there so everything was off the floor.
