My 16 year old sitter/friend wanted some Twilight shirts from cafepress, so I ordered one too. She ordered 5 though so it was over $200. Anyways we got them the other day and 1 of the shirts she ordered came in worng - well first it was too small but that was our fault because we didnt realize it said Jr.. but also the picture was supposed to be Edward from the movie, but its the cullen crest.. (they are sold out of the Edward one so they must have substituted) anyways I sent the email they tell you to for a refund/exchange. They ask what you want to return and why and then they will give you instructions. So I told them and the reply was:

I have processed a refund for you in the amount of $27.99. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.

I know the shirt received is not up to your complete satisfaction but as our way of an apology please go ahead and keep it. There is no need for a return!

That was unexpected, I just assumed I would send it back!
