Has anyone here done it?
I started three weeks ago and have lost 7lbs but not as fast as I'd like.  Share your secrets to help me with the hunger! lol

I have done WW and had great success with it!
My secrets...journal, journal, journal!
I was never really hungry on it, but I got like a butt load of points!
I would have oatmeal for breakfast almost everyday, because it is filling, I would have a banana mid-morning (I wasn't hungry, but felt like I needed to eat),
For lunch I had a lean cusine alot of times and I would always have some kind of veggie.  And I would eat with the family at dinner.
It sounds like I ate alot, but I tried to make them 'freebies' with the fruits and veggies.  I did WW for about 2-3 months and lost almost 30 lbs.  I think that I would have done better if I had walked more.
Do you have someone going with you?  I did it with a friend and that also helps.

I've lost 11 lbs in 5 weeks, so not too bad.

Problem now is that I'm getting really sick and tired of writing everything down and counting it.  I hate trying to figure out what I can eat when we're out that'll still allow me enough points for later in the evening.

I didn't have too much trouble at first, but now I think I just want to have something and not have to keep track of it.  I don't even want a candy bar, just anything and not have to "think" about it, kwim?

At first it was fun, sort of like a game, but now it's like the game should be over already! lol

Today is the end of week 3 for me.  I lost 10 lbs. my first 2 weeks, but I don't think I've lost anymore this last week.  I really cheated over the holiday weekend.

So far I love it.  It's just hard to follow when I'm not at work.

Good luck to everyone!!

i have just started on weight watchers. congrats on losing 7 lbs! that's wonderful. for me, when the weight comes off too fast, i gain it all back and more. i find that a slow and steady weight loss works for me. stick with it. you will lose more weight. for the hunger, i keep a variety of healthy snacks on hand that my husband makes for me. this way, whenever i get hungry, i just reach for one of those snacks and they fill me up. one of those snacks is peanut butter with crackers.

It's nice to hear that some other people on this site are going to WW. I started a week ago. I lost 4 lbs. my first week. I was hungry almost the whole week. I have been really working out though. I guess you have to wait to week number three to get points for exercising. I have a lot of weight to lose. I so want to be a success! I would love support as well.

I have found that WASA crackers are very low in points and are good with Laughing Cow speadable cheese. A pretty low point snack. I put roasted peppers on it today and it was so great. I would appreciate snack or meal suggestions as well.

lost 15 since i started weight watchers...slow and steady is always good..but yes, it is slow for me too...

want tolose 10 more...

i am doing it online...it is like a game...
i got the calculator to figure out the points which helps when i am grocery shopping...
and i dont mind keeping track of the points... i tend to be more likely to eat something that i know is okay then to try to figure out whether or not i can eat something that is questionable..keeps me being good!

yogurt, veges, granola bars..all yummy and safe snacks..not alot of points...soi can keep snacking..and plain popcorn is good too...

I lost 36 lbs so far since joining a little over a year ago.  I "quit" and did it alone from July-April, and did good until the holidays, but then it went sour, lol.  Been back now since mid-april, and it's slower this time, but working.  And I'm tracking it again so that helps a great deal

Congrats! that is great!

i know i could probably do it without paying for the online subscription but somehow it makes me focus more...i guess it is the pan of paying for it
; ) haha

i wanna try to lose between 5 and 10 more...that would be a real treat....

with weight watchers, i am feeling good cuz not only is this the lowest i have been since i tortured myself on atkins a few years back...but it is also the healthiest ive ever been...

they got a good system, i am gonna try to stick with it.....forever!
