Well since I last typed this, I had my cardio class on Wednesday and she kicked out butts!! It was an AWESOME class!! Who knew you could work yourself out so much and feel it the next day with no weights or anything! Just lots of room!! LOL! We did cardio for 40 minutes straight and then stretched and did sit ups and push ups!! WOW! Talk about pain.
Then, on Thursday morning, I had my Fitness conditioning class! Whewwww, another workout!! We worked out our abs and arms really. We did alot of squats which felt really good to do all that cause I was so sore from the day before. We (the girls) used 2 four pound weights for the arm exercises and stuff and boy did I ever feel it. I was so excited about it when I got home that DH went out and bought me some weights! Yeahhh!!
We did this thing called "5 minutes of hell" and it is 10 different ab exercises. All 30 seconds each. OOOOHHHH MY GOODNESS!!! YIKES!! I could SOOOO feel it!
I can't really remember them all since I only did his class once. But I am going to try and remember what they all are next time we meet for class. He said we will do that everytime we meet so I am sure that I can type out what we do so you guys can give it a try. What is 5 minutes of your day?????
I am not working out today! Shame on me!! But I am still drinking loads of water and eating healthy and then I am doing homework!!! EEWWWW!!!! Fun filled weekend for me! LOL!
