Okay ladies!!  Now I know that alot of you here need to lose a pound or two!  Or 50 lbs like me!!  LMAO!  The only way that I can get motivated is if I see that I am helping you guys out and in turn that helps me out!!!  Make sense??  So here is the plan!!  Everyday you need to do something healthy and post it here.  Whether it be that you walked, ran, ate a healthy dinner instead of McD's, exercised in any way, chased your children outside....whatever you did that got your blood pumping or made you feel good about yourself post it everyday!!!

Hey!  I didn't get a chance to post this yesterday but I worked out on my Gazelle again while watching Oprah from 4-5.  I only did it for about 40 minutes and then when DH got home we went and picked up Logan and went to eat Mexican food.....so I worked out for that!  LOL!  Oh well...I am getting back on track today!
 
For breakfast, I had a bowl of raisin bran crunch and a banana........

You guys!  I am SOO PUMPED!  I went to this gym today, Ladies Workout Express.  I thought it was a little ole piddly gym in Corpus but it is a franchise.  I didn't know that.  Here it is: http://www.ladiesworkoutexpress.com/index_lwe.html
 
Anyways, it was a great workout!  It is that 30 minute circuit training and I didn't think that would wear me out  but it did!!  I am soooo joining!  The lady said it is usually 99.00 for a 32 month membership but she is going to waive the registration fee for my friend and I because we are military wives. (there are different packages) She said so I will give it to you guys for like 35.00 for 32 months!!  YES, 32 MONTHS!!  That is like a dollar a month!!!  HELL YEAH!  I am so excited cause this lady was SUPER friendly and was SOOO nice!!! 
 
I am really pumped!!  I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time and it was only one workout!!  WOOOHOOOO!!!

Hey, I meant to tell you guys that I was soooo wrong about the gym package.  You have to sign a contract and pay 32.00 a month for 36 months....eewww!  I hate contracts!  But....I did it anyways!!!!!  So I think I pay like 32 bucks and some change a month...oh well...I would of blown it on something else anyways.  Plus, you can never spend to much on getting yourself back in shape right??  I need to get my butt back in shape!  and I tell ya, I haven't missed a day of working out since I posted last time!  Except for Sunday, but that is a day or rest anyways!  LOL!  So I did want to pop on and say that i have been doing my healthy stuff!  I have just been super busy w/ school and things and haven't posted!! 
 
I also have my cardio class tomorrow at the college!  We are supposed to be working out tomorrow so we will see how that goes!  Then I will still go to my gym after school.  As long as I am not too pooped!  LOL!  Til then....

Well since I last typed this, I had my cardio class on Wednesday and she kicked out butts!!  It was an AWESOME class!!  Who knew you could work yourself out so much and feel it the next day with no weights or anything!  Just lots of room!!  LOL!  We did cardio for 40 minutes straight and then stretched and did sit ups and push ups!!  WOW!  Talk about pain. 
 
Then, on Thursday morning,  I had my Fitness conditioning class!  Whewwww, another workout!!  We worked out our abs and arms really.  We did alot of squats which felt really good to do all that cause I was so sore from the day before.  We (the girls) used 2 four pound weights for the arm exercises and stuff and boy did I ever feel it.  I was so excited about it when I got home that DH went out and bought me some weights!  Yeahhh!! 
 
We did this thing called "5 minutes of hell" and it is 10 different ab exercises.  All 30 seconds each.  OOOOHHHH MY GOODNESS!!!  YIKES!!  I could SOOOO feel it! 
 
I can't really remember them all since I only did his class once.  But I am going to try and remember what they all are next time we meet for class.  He said we will do that everytime we meet so I am sure that I can type out what we do so you guys can give it a try.  What is 5 minutes of your day????? 
 
I am not working out today!  Shame on me!!  But I am still drinking loads of water and eating healthy and then I am doing homework!!! EEWWWW!!!!  Fun filled weekend for me!  LOL!

This is a great idea girls! I've been trying diligently to change my eating habits. Instead of buying a bunch of fatty foods at the grocery store, i'm trying to stay out of those isles. <~~did i spell that right? Anyway, I just finished off a jar of ovaltine that I've been drinking a glass of everyday. I'm trying to keep up with getting all of my vitamins and minerals daily. I've been feeling kinda pooped out alot lately and maybe that'll help. I do want to exercise more though. Maybe that'll be the plan for tomorrow. cyas!!

Well today I had my cardio class and we did kickboxing today!!  So much fun!!!  I LOVE KICKBOXING!!  We also worked out on those big balls.  I thought I was going to pop it!  LMAO!!  It was great!  Then I left school and came to my circuit training gym and worked out there for 30 minutes!  I feel great!!!  I still don't feel like I Have lost weight and/or inches from all this freaking working out that I have been doing but I know it will come!!

1.  Went to the gym today and did the circuit training for 30 minutes.
2.  Came home and did the Leslie Sansone video for the abs w/ the stability ball and came home and did that!   (I just bought it!!!  Great workout, BTW)
3.  Decided I needed some cardio, blood pumping stuff so I popped in the Tae Bo II video that is just a 8 minute workout and Billy Blanks kicked my BLANK!!  LMAO!!! 
 
What did you guys do today that was healthy????
