Take the wire hanger and bend it into a circle. Cut green and red napkins into 1/2 to 1 inch strips. Alternate red and green anpkins and tie aroun hanger be plentiful with them for a full reef then add ornamennts of your choice. Hang by the hook on the hanger. I did this in elementary school and it was so cute!
