We do everything together . We go shopping, to friends for coffee or cards, whatever it is Shelby 99% of the time comes with us and usually its both me and Dh . In summer I venture out some by myself with her but even thats rare unless he is on night shift.  When its nicer out we make a point of taking Shelby to the park and having family play time and picnic too and then of course all summer is together time outside or camping or whatever. My parents were like that too though we did everything with them so it seems wierd to me to go anywhere without my kid.(or my hubby) except work of course
