Spanish Rice
2 C. long grain raw rice
1 stick margarine
2 C. tomato juice
1 1/4 C. water
1 onion chopped
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 lb browned ground beef
Saute rice in margarine until browned. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well to mix. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
