Sesame Chicken
1 frying chicken, cut up
1/4 C. flour
4 T. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. salad oil
1/2 C. chopped onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1/3 C dry white wine
1 chicken bouillon cube, broken up
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/4 C. cornstarch
1/4 C. cold water
1 C. sour cream
Combine flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Coat chicken. Brown chicken in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients, except last three. Place in cooker, cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken. Turn to high. Disslove cornstarch in cold water and add to liquid in pot.Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off and stir in sour cream. Pour sauce over chicken to serve. Serves 4 to 6.
