3 C. sliced carrots
2 C. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 T. butter or margarine
3 T. orange jelly
Combine carrots, water and salt in slow cooker and cover.
Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Drain. Stir in jelly. Cover and cook on high an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
