1 red onion, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 4 zucchini, sliced 1 10 oz can tomatoes 1 T. butter 1 C chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 C parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients, except butter and cheese in cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours. Dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese and cook an additional 1 1/2 hours on low. |
