Brown 1/2 lb - 1 lb ground beef
1 can of 3 bean vegetarian chili
1 can red kidney beans
1 medium diced onion
1 diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup brown suger
I had some baked beans left over from another meal and added those.

Toss all the ingredients into the pot and mix up. Let it cook away on low for about 5-6 hrs, stirring periodically. The canned chili beans had enough heat for me...but you can add more or let each person add some to their servings. <SPACER type="block" height="1" width="440">
