Any kind of beef roast any size

one packet of lipton onion dry soup mix

one coup water

carrots and potatos if you wish

 

what I usly do is put the roast in frozen the night before and cook it all night and next day (really falls apart then) on low I add carrots and potatos next day.

 

but you can unthaw and put it in and cook it on low for 8 to 10 hours depending on the size of the roast
