Full Name-Kelsey Ryuguu Gender-Female Age-11 Personality-Kindhearted, cheerful, and energetic. Picture-  History-Kelsey was born in a small town named Hinamizawa.(Translation:"Village of the Demons")In her stay there, she met a group of kids that played games in a after-school club. She made quick friends of them and became best friends with Rena Ryuguu. After her parents' death, Rena let Kelsey stay with her. Then when Kelsey turned ten, she got her last name changed to Ryuguu. Rena and Kelsey bonded so well together that they told others that they were sisters. A year later, Kelsey and Rena moved to Moonless Island, out of pure fear, the fear of being killed. Reason for Joining Moonless Academy-Because its my group! Glaceon is Kelsey's best friend. Flareon is Kelsey's powerhouse Pokemon. She is usually used in both contests and battles.
