You will need for this tutorial

DBS Flux - Bright Noise

Mura Meister - Copies

Tube of Choice - I used the awesome artwork of Joel Adams

Mask which you can find here   I do not know where i got this mask if its your plz let me know so that i can give you credit

Font of choice

Ok lets begin

Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white

Change foreground colour to a dark colour from your tube I used f7ac53 and a light colour I used f8cb94 for your background

Select preset shapes and find heart 1 line witdth 3 and draw a small heart align centre of canvas convert to raster layer

Effects plugins Mura Meister Copies Encircle same settings as screenshot

Duplicate and resize to 125 making sure all layers are unchecked

add a drop shadown same as screenshot

X out background layer and merge visible - rename Hearts

With your magic wand click inside the hearts

Duplicate twice so you now have three layers and rename hearts 1, 2 and 3

Click on hearts 1 and go to effects plugins DBS Flux bright noise

Repeat with the other two layers hitting mix twice then three times. Selections None

Highlight background layer and add a new raster layer. Flood fill with your dark colour. Layers Load/Save mask load mask from disk and find mask 170

Delete mask and merge group

Add tube and resize by 75% and give same drop shadow previously used. Place your tube where you would like i placed mine in the bottom right

Change your colours around so that your light is now foreground and dark is background. Find the font that you will be using - I used LHF Sarah Script - Size 48 Vector and stroke width 1 - Add your name and move to where you would like to position.

Convert to raster layer and add the following inner bevel

Add the same drop shadow as before

Add copyright and your watermark and resize all layers by 85% if you wish to

Onto Animation

Open Animation shop

X out your hearts 2 and 3 layers - Edit copy merged and take across into animation the paste as a new layer

Back to PSP

X out your heart 1 layer and un X your hearts 2 layer - Edit copy merged and take across to animation shop and paste after current frame

Back to PSP

X out your hearts 2 layer and Un X your hearts 3 layer - Edit copy merged and take across to animation shop and paste after current frame

View your animation and if happy save as gif*
