Andrew & I have been talking lately about different Insurances.
 
We have House & Contents Insurance, both cars are insured, but neither of us has Life Insurance.
So we have been thinking about whether we should get it and looking into it a bit.
 
What Insurance's do you girls have?

We have just home and contents and car insurances for both our cars....I think thats it. We dont have life insurance either.

Cos we were just saying the other day, that if Andrew was to die (as awful as that is and I HATE talking about it) we wouldn't be able to afford anything.
 
I would have to sell the house and either move back to my parents or find something cheap.
 
Andrew has started to get some quotes from some different places.

We havent really looked into it to be honest.
It is the most awful thing to think about but yes in reality its like geez what would happen? Let us know what you find are the best.
Hayles didnt you look into it awhile back?

Yeah I did look into it. I got a few quotes but cant recall how much.
As much as this is sort of what the word? contradicting??? itself we just couldnt afford it.
God forbid if something did happen I don't know where we would be - jake or me. I really do want to get it though. I will probably look into when our financial situation eases a bit as atm we are sort of struggling.
 
One thing I noticed is you really need to look at all the small print and ask lots of questions when it comes to life insurance as there is lots of little things that affect payouts.

I am thinking maybe we should look into it again soon. Especially if money is a little better.

Not sure yet what we will do...
 
Will look into it more after Tax Time tho.
