Well yes it has to do with Steven! Grrrrrrr I so Hate him.
There is alot more to all that has gone on then we knew.
Mum didn't tell me everything cause she had promised my sister. but basically Jake was still on a 6 month probationary period from when he went permenant.
Steven hated that Jake was mates with guys who hated him so 'warned' jake and from that very moment jake didnt give stevens comments the time of day that was it jake was done for. Basically he turned everyone in the office against Jake with who knows what made up bull....!
I know Jake had spoke to Bob and Bob was really good to him and concerned and he was going to sort it out but I don't think bob got onto it fast enough and Bob was not there yesterday.
This is how gutless and/or nasty they are too...Steven for the first time in weeks asked Jake "how ya going Jake" in the morning and then Trevor said "hey Jake you have a meeting with Donna at 1pm about your probation papers" as if it was good news and he was going to be off probation" Jake even said thanks for that trevor.
Then 1pm came and Trevor met jake in Donnas office and they said there is no shift available for you in Dc anymore. Oh and there was another guy Don there and he seemed genuinly upset for Jake and said it was out of his control and since 'curios' the new food jake started there on was really up sh*t creek he really had no other positions within the company. Which is probaby true as when jake went from curios to dc they said then lucky he had his forklift licence cuase that was really the only available section. But it definalty wasnt true that there was no shift in dc cause Jake and everyone is doing overtime and they have like 10 casuals in everyday so basically that was all they had to say since j was still on probabtion. Anyway Jake said he was in a bit of shock and didnt want to lower himself by arguing 'why' etc and making a fool out of himself. They are paying him a weeks pay and the weeks holidays he had built up and they walked him straight out of the building then and there. I knew nothing till he walked in the door while talking to you Kel so was a bit of a shock.
Also lou the guy Jake is good mates with wasnt there yesterday either. Jake said Lou will hit the roof when he finds out today and well would be interesting to see if bob calls Jake even just to say he was sorry he couldnt do anything or something when he finds out today.
Ok off track and making this long again but yeah Mum said to me last night cause she was so upset for Jake that basically Ali had told mum last week Steven was going to get Jake fired/put off and its because he hates Jake now and doesnt give a toss about him but that if/when Jake gets fired it wont be his(stevens) fault cause he tried to warn jake and jake didnt listen so f... him. You dont even know how infruriated I am. Mum said to ali "dont you even care that thats your sister and your 3 neices that Jake has to provide for?" Ali said yes but its not our fault Steven tried to warn Jake. Oh oh and...get this Steven is such a liar...He said to ali that Jake had complained about the wages and that had p*ssed him right off because Steven pays his workers well and that is questioning Steven and that sani is the second highest paying company in this feild or whatever in the whole of Australia. #1 Jake NEVER complained about the wages to anyone at work!!!!!! so a complete lie! #2 Steven has NOTHING to do with the wages at all in any way shape or form. #3 the wages are SET by ECA and no one in the company can earn more than what they do. #4 Sani is so far from the highest paid in Austrailia it is like one of the lowest. #5 What crap does he seriously spin to ali.
Anyway I havnt even heard from ali. Mum said Ali called her last night and Mum said so have you heard about Jake. Ali said oh yes why did hayley call you? Mum said no actually I happen to call her to chat 2 seconds before Jake walked in the door (which she did) . Ali goes "oh well I suppose they are both really really upset?" Mum said well Alison I agree with Jake that NO ONE in the companty could lie straight in bed if they tried and in fact I think Jake is so much better off out of there. Ali was shocked and said "oh why would you say that" Mu said well with all that has gone on in the last few weeks Jake is better off out of there. Ali didnt know what to say and then changed the subject to gardening of all things. Would be nice if your sister woudl call to say sorry Jaek lost his job hey. Not sureI expect any thing less from her though. I said to Mum that she is getting more and more like Steven everyday. Also that if she calls me I am not going to know what to say. I will want to say soooo much but I may regret it I dont know. Mum thinks I shouldnt say anything but I said I am sick of Melanie(BIG sis) and steven always getting away with shit because everone is to scared to say what they really think and no one is supposed to know this or that so its all oen big chinese whispers.

Steven caught ali on the phone to mum last week filing mum in on all thsi stuff and he started yelling and swearing at her and stormed out of the house calling her everyname under the sun. The nest morning she called him at work to make up with him and he said........."if you value our marriage and dont want me to kick you out then you will drive down here to my work right now (30 mins away and mind you she was at work) and apologise to my face" AND she DID!!!!!!!! This is what goes on all he time with them. He has so much control over her. Arrrghhh sooooo cranky!!!
