hey gals

just a quick one from me.

I know you both know that I now have a freaking bladder infection. Pretty sick and yucky with it but a little better today than I was yesterday which is good, hopefully I continue to be relieved more and more each day.

Hunter and I had our 7-10 day check up today at the gp's and all is well for us both. They couldnt weigh him as they dont have any baby scales but I am going to the child health nurse on Friday with him so will get it done then.

Oh and she gave us the referral we needed for his circumcision without any probs too.

Well thats about it for now, sorry I havent been around I will try to come back for a good ol catch up soon but I know you gals understand!

Gracie went good at preschool.She had a sleep this tuesday and no accidents again or anything. She was VERY tired though when I picked her up. Its not my ideal leaving her there for 7.5hrs from the start - when Sophie started I would only leave her there about5.5hrs. Anyway she loves it though and tells me all about her day and how she fell over and hurt her knee and that she played and the songs she sung.

Hehe no she didnt have a sore belly that night but last night she got sick. I have no idea what was wrong but she was sooky in the arvo and then didnt want her dinner but had her milk and then whinged during her bath. When I got her out she spewed up and then on and off she spewed for half an hr and I checked her temp and it went from 37.3 to 38.5 during that time. I gave her panadol some water and put her to bed. She went off to sleep fine and is still sleeping now. I don't know if i mentioned but since she gave up that early morning feed now she sleeps 12 +hrs a night. Sooo good!

Glad you felt a little bit better yesterday Kel. Hopefully you wake even better today.

Glad all else is well with you and hunter and that you got the referal.

I was supposed to have mg here today but cancelled last night when Chloe was sick. I bet now she is fine today! I had to cancel last week too as I had to work.

Well I better go as i have to get in the shower and get Soph off to preschool today.

I have lots of things to get done around the house today.

Oh and yes I had a good time with mum yesterday. Got a few bargains actually.

Hey Girls,

Just a quick one from me...

Its so hot here I don't want to do anything. Lol.

My lil sisters stayed here last night. Then we went to Tuggerah today as Target had a massive baby sale. I got bonds suits and a few outfits, etc. And it was NO deposit laybuy too. So that was good.

Hayles, hope Chloe is feeling much better today.

Kel, how are you feeling?

Glad you were able to get a referal ok.

So when will you get the circumcision?

Did you get B done too?

I am so unsure about it all cos I have no idea about boys.

Glad you had a goof day yesterday Janna and got some good bargains for baby! Yay

Chloe is still a bit whingy but no vomiting or really high temps again.

I really think its teething! She probably vomited from the temp the other night plus it was HOT.

I got so much stuff up on ebay yesterday.

Tandem Pram, Bassinette, Portable bassinette, Play Gym, Change Table and this little doll station of the girls that we have no room for and they used it as an oven most of the time anyway lol so now they have a proper kitchen its out of here.

I had to wash all the stuff down properly first and take pics obviously so my day was full of doing that.

Such a relief to get it done. Now just to sell them. I already have a few 'watchers' though.

The girls and I are going to my besties house today and depending on the weather might go to the water park at the entrance. I just finished making a bacon, feta and sundried tomato quiche to take for lunch mmmm.

I best go get in the shower and get the car packed so I am ready to go as soon as Chleo goes to sleep and wakes up again.

I'm at work today. My sister has gone on Hols, so Mum & I are doing half a day each. So not too bad...Just gotta think of the extra $$$. LOL.

Hope Chloe is feeling much better. The heat & teething sucks when they are so little.

Hello girls!

Well I was so looking forward to just chilling out this arvo. We had Hunter in bed about 1pmish and B was set to follow at 1.30pm but mil and sil came over and so B has only just gone and no doubt Hunter will be awake again soon so thought I may aswell come have a bit of a catch up now. We shall see how long I am here for tho as I think I already hear Hunter stirring.

I am going right back to read where my last blue post was.....

Oh Hayles! I just got to the part where you said I would read back and think at that moment I was doing..... and at that very moment I would've been feeding and cuddling my precious boy I would say! I think they would've finished with me then but then again I have no concept of time from that night!

So no I wasnt in pain by then I was extremely on a huge high!!

So I am guessing Jake is over what it was he had, tonsilitis was it? Hopefully by now anyway. I hope he finds a job you are all happy with soon too.

Oh I just read on and saw bout the kidney stone! eek! was it one?

Oh so I just read on again and saw G got sick too! I know what you mean that it happens on the weekend. That happens here too with all of us, then you have to go sit in the emergency dept forever.

Cool about the new washer and dryer but yes I would be like hmmm so could've been cooler to spend it on this or that! lol

Janna - I am glad you seemed to be getting back to yourself quickly, how are you now? I hope your 100% again and hopefully the uti's stay away from you for the remainder of your pregnancy. Did Ella miss you while you were in hospital?

lol at her saying she needs to poo every 5 mins, least she tells you tho!

I am feeling a lot better than I was Tuesday that is for sure!! Gosh I was so sick, it was terrible, couldnt even get out of bed.

Hunter's circumcision is on Monday too btw.

And no probs for the photos, thanks for letting me share them with you girls, I am so proud of them!

okay so thats the catch up! lol

Today we had our check up at the child health nurse. It went really really well!!

Hunter went from his birth weight of 3640g to 4120g, his lenght went up 5cm to 55cm and his head grew 2cm aswell!!!!! All in only 9 days! I am soooo happy and proud of us for that! the nurse was super happy with him too and said he must be getting good milk from me, yay! I hope he continues to grow so well! It really gave me reassurance that everything is going well you know! So happy!

Then we went to the shops and bought a couple things. Spent some money we were given for Hunter. Bought him a raincover for the pram cos I have never had one and bought a head support thing for in his capsule in the car cos his head flops around in it. Practical kind of things really but hey its what we need! Got them at the target baby sale too so got them for good prices, the head thing was $15 and the cover was $10.

Anyway thats a huge dribble for you, shall keep going on my catch up now!

OH! me again! lol

well I guess its safe to say Kel is 'officially' back! lol!

Well till Brett goes back to work anyway, no doubt things will change somewhat then! eeeeek!

I forgot about how you just sit here waiting for your newbie to wake and have a feed! lmao

I have been 'expecting' Hunter to wake for the past hour and a half and he is still sleeping.

We had a very unsettled arvo yesterday, he cried and whinged on and off from 4pm thru till 9pm when he went to bed. He had maybe two tiny catnaps in there but just wanted to be held or fed. Actually re the feeding Hayles I have a couple more q's to drill you with if thats okay will do that later tho. Hope you dont mind - you have kinda become my breasfeeding guru!!! hehe

Anyway might go see what other little things I can do while waiting, you just dont wanna start anything major thinking they will wake soon tho.

I am so glad you weren't inpain when I was thinking of you. hehe

Jake is definatly better - the kidney stone thing - I have no idea. I dont think it was one. Maybe it was a bit of a uti and the abs stopped it? But whatever it was its gone - phew.

Cool Hunters circ is on monday. I think I sorta remember B's one - well you saying it was not all that bad etc? Hopefully it all goes smooth.

SO awsome about Hunter weight!!! You go girl!! And go Hunter.

Yes I remember waiting for babies to wake and when you are waiting waiting is the only time they ever keep sleeping and when you are trying to rush around and get things done is the only time they wake early lol.

Maybe little Hunter might start to have his unsettled few hrs. I remember my girls were always when I was trying to get dinner ready right through to when I wanted to be in bed.

I am more than HAPPY to answer questions on bf. I will do the best I can - I am sure you understand most of my advice if from MY experiences and that it may be different for you or whatever.

Yesterday I went to Nicole's house and had lunch played with the girls and chatted of course. Then about 2:30 we walked into the Entrance and the girls played at the water park and then walked down the the beach. OMG Chloe LOVED it. She was crawling around and just crawling right into the water holding her head up and crawling out and in out and in. She also had a great time EATING the sand. I have a vid of her I will upload later. Soph and Gracie had a ball too. Then we walked home and ate an icecream on the way.

Oh and I went to the tattoo place again as the guy I saw last time never called me back grr. So bugger him I asked theother guy to draw my picture up and he said he will have it ready next week.

I am sooo excited.

Jake is at work today and after he finishes he is of to my other bestie's brothers and sil's house to get us a free dishwasher. There dishwasher was leaking and they are REALLY well off so just went and bought a new one. When the guy came to install it he said that there old(3yrs old) one was working fine it had just disconnected. When they told my friend she said so what r u doing with your 'old' one now. They said just getting rid of it. So Lisa raised her hand for us as she knows ours is really old and half the time now it doesnt clean our dishes. So YAY. I bought them a nice bottle of wine and some choccy's.

So yeah I am just hanging at home today - cleaning etc.

Tomorrow morning we will be out of here at 8:30 to go to my godsons bday (son of the one who's sil is giving us the dishwasher). It starts at 10am and they are 1.5hrs away. Then after that party we are just going to stay and have dinner and sleep the night - Jake is working nearby there anyway so we will just take two cars and then I will come home after lunch sometime Monday with the girls.

Willbe good. I plan on having a few drinks tomorrow. hehe

I am off to do clean a bit.

Hey Girls,

Just a quick one from me as I really want to go to bed. Am just so tired.

We had a good weekend. Went to Sabbath School & Church yesterday and then we dropped Ella off at my parents in the afternoon as we went out for dinner with my bestie (who is due 2 weeks after me). And Ella had a sleep over too. Was So nice to sleep in this morning, but I missed her. hehe.

Then today it was Andrew's step-dads birthday and we had lunch with them. Then ducked quickly to westfield to go to Aldi and also get me some shoes. hehe.

Will post again properly tomorrow when I'm BORED at work. LoL.

Kel, that was great you were able to get some things for Hunter with the money he got given. I always did the same. Mainly got practical things - if we needed them.

hey girls

well just very brief, I know I text you both to tell you the bad news that I now have mastitis!!!! Unbelievable, I surely have to catch a break soon!

I have been on ab's now since I got home and I soo just wanna get on with life and not be sick, this sucks. I am obviously a bit down about it, had a few tears but trying to stay positive and trying my best to feed thru it and hopefully come out he other side still feeding, I called the chn when I got home and she gave me a bit of counselling and tips over the phone.

I have to either feed OR express from the affected breast EVERY feed and just watch the other one very closely. Use hot and cold compresses on it and tomorrow I have to go have an ultrasound on it, so more trauma I dont need!

I hope it clears up fast, the last thing I wanna be doing is expressing after each feed but I have to, cos he is such an efficient feeder and getting full in 5-8 mins so he is not draining them properly most likely, The chn was shocked how quick he feeds and that he still put on weight so she said I must have ample milk.

Anyway wish me luck in getting this sorted....

Hey girls,

Just a REAL quicky from me.

I am HOT, TIRED and trying to get so much stuff done around here - it never ends!

You both know I was away for 2 days and then worked yesterday and today has been the obove so yeah....

I will try and catch up soon - miss you both.

Kel how are you feeling today?

I so don't know how you feel as I never had it - I 'almost' got it one time with each of the girls but managed to drain my boobs and get the lumps out before it fully set in. I do know it sucks though so I hope you are going ok - you poor thing.

p.s I am feeling a bit menstrual too and anti social - I hate having af back.
